Qualifications

We're currently seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our front desk team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes patients and visitors - often the very first point of contact for those seeking care. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to helping patients navigate services and verify information, you'll be the connector between compassionate care and the people who need it most.

This isn't just about administrative tasks (though those are important too)- it's about making each interaction a little brighter, a little easier, and a lot more human.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients warmly, whether in-person or over the phone
