The Cleveland Clinic Green Health and Wellness Center seeks a Patient Service Specialist to deliver a proactive, patient-first experience. You will register patients, schedule visits, verify insurance, and assist with billing and outreach, ensuring smooth front-end operations and positive patient interactions.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, basic medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing or customer service
• Associate’s Degree with one year of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills (typing 30 WPM)

Responsabilités

• Register patients and verify insurance details.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Handle co-pays and collect payments when applicable.
• Assist with MyChart enrollment and patient outreach.
• Provide a welcoming, professional environment for patients and visitors.
