Job summary

Valeris is seeking a patient services coordinator to build trusted relationships with patients, explain benefits, and manage enrollments. You will handle inquiries, provide education on coverage options, and ensure compliance with health-care regulations while supporting program operations.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, healthcare exposure, and bilingual capabilities. The role requires an 8.5-hour shift within 8 am–9 pm, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by proactive communication and timely, accurate service.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain benefits and reimbursement information to patients clearly.
• Document patient enrollment into the program and maintain accurate records.
• Handle inbound inquiries, de-escalate when needed, and provide knowledgeable guidance.
