OhioHealth is seeking a Service Excellence Ambassador to deliver outstanding patient and visitor service across hospital areas. This role emphasizes confidentiality, clear communication with families, and coordination with care teams to improve patient flow and experience.

The position supports guests at information desks, escorts visitors, and helps with wheelchairs. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of two years in consumer advocacy or service roles, and a daytime 16-hour weekly

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• Knowledge of conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, win-win negotiations, medical terminology, diversity training and working in a hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, direct, escort and assist visitors, families and patients.
• Relay information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate with patient care teams and hospital staff to resolve issues.
• Advocate for patients by investigating concerns and expediting admission or delays.
• Answer multi-line phone calls and route to appropriate rooms or departments.
• Oversee information desks and lobby areas and ensure cleanliness and orderly flow.
