OhioHealth is seeking a Service Excellence Ambassador to deliver outstanding service to patients, families, visitors, and physicians. The role includes gathering and sharing patient location and status information while protecting confidentiality, and facilitating communication with hospital staff.

Responsibilities emphasize advocacy, resolving issues, meeting special needs, and guiding visitors through the facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, and medical terminology.
• Experience in consumer advocacy or service role preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
• Communicate between patient, family and hospital staff.
• Advocate by investigating and expediting admission and other delays.
• Resolve problems and escalate when necessary.
• Greet, direct, escort visitors and assist with wheelchairs.
• Answer multi-line phone and route calls to the appropriate location.
