Job summary

Intermountain Health in Denver West Clinic Primary Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first connection between Intermountain and patients. The PSR delivers a superior customer experience by greeting and checking-in/out patients, verifying information, and assisting with scheduling and registrations.

You will document calls in the EMR, verify insurance information, assist with billing forms and payments, and support patients and caregivers with compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience with interactions with customers.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and schedule appointments.
• Document calls accurately in the EMR.
