Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and professional connections with patients over the phone, in person or via secure messaging.
• Registers patients by confirming and updating demographic data in the registration system.
• Schedules appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Obtains insurance cards, IDs, and signatures on forms; may verify COB/benefits.
• Assists patients with forms for regulatory and billing needs; explains financial assistance.
• Receives and processes payments following proper procedures.
