Valeris is seeking a patient support coordinator to build strong patient relationships, explain benefits, and guide patients through program enrollment and adherence resources. You will engage with patients, address inquiries, and coordinate with care teams to optimize outcomes.

The role requires the ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday through Friday, with bilingual communication as a plus. A patient-focused mindset and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by proactive communication and compassionate service.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain reimbursement and billing information clearly to patients.
• Triage patients to internal or external resources as needed.
• Document patient enrollment and maintain accurate records in the Lynk system.
• Provide information about products, insurance coverage, costs, and financial assistance.
