Job summary

Beltone New England is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Outreach & Scheduling Coordinator to reconnect existing patients with our hearing care offices and keep provider schedules full. You will proactively contact patients to schedule appointments and coordinate across multiple locations using our CRM.

This role emphasizes warm conversations, relationship building, and meeting scheduling goals in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, organized, goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience in outreach or scheduling is a plus.
• Familiarity with patient/customer service environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fill appointment openings across multiple locations.
