Job summary

Beltone Hearing Care Center in Plain City, OH is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the friendly first point of contact for patients and to help keep our clinics running smoothly. You will support patient journeys toward better hearing and help maintain an organized, compassionate environment.

You will manage scheduling, patient intake, billing and insurance processing, and assist with marketing outreach and community events.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills and experience with word processing and databases software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Customer service oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented and reliable with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Provide first contact for patients scheduling appointments or inquiries.
Screen calls and assist with patient flow to ensure excellent service.
Schedule and confirm appointments; conduct outbound retention calls.
Coordinate provider schedules and maintain smooth office operations.
Assist with billing, payments, and insurance processing.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and respond to home office requests.
Verify patient information and maintain charts and records.
Support marketing efforts and grassroots outreach as needed.
Open/close office and maintain reception area; train other staff as appropriate.
