Job summary

Compass Group USA's TouchPoint division is seeking a Patient Dining Services Manager to lead daily patient dining operations in an acute care hospital. You will ensure meals align with physician orders, dietary requirements, and patient satisfaction, while guiding frontline staff and partnering with clinical and nutrition teams to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing team members, maintaining regulatory compliance (HIPAA, patient rights), and driving patient

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of patient dining operations and healthcare food service standards
• Leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Proficiency with EMR and diet office systems; familiarity with dietary requirements and HIPAA

Responsibilities

• Lead patient dining services operations to ensure high patient satisfaction
• Implement food service programs aligned with physician orders and diets
• Hire, train, and develop patient services staff
• Ensure compliance with therapeutic diets and patient rights regulations
• Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and drive improvements
• Collaborate with dietitians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
• Maintain proficiency with EMR, diet office systems and related technologies
• Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement programs
