TouchPoint is seeking a Dining Services Manager to oversee the food and nutrition department within a hospital environment. You will lead a team of food service professionals and manage daily dining operations, ensuring alignment with the facility's goals and standards.

You will collaborate with leadership to develop menus, deliver high-quality service, and maintain safety and compliance across operations. This role emphasizes patient and guest meal services and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of food service management experience.
• Healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or high-volume food service experience.
• Experience with table service, catering, or guest-facing dining operations preferred.
• Knowledge of food service trends, quality standards, sanitation, cost controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining services operations for a medium to large-volume account.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly.
• Support budgeting, cost controls, and P&L accountability.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop menus and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulations.
• Assist in implementing new culinary programs and initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and client presentations.
• Work with marketing and culinary leadership to boost satisfaction and sales.
• Align food programs with company goals and standards.
• Maintain compliance with policies and healthcare regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
