TouchPoint, Support Services leads dining operations for a 125-bed acute care hospital, guiding a team of about 30 hourly staff and 2 managers to deliver exceptional patient and guest experiences. The Director collaborates with clinical and culinary leaders to shape menus, service standards, and hospitality-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of foodservice management experience required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Nutrition, Business, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare dining experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading, developing, and engaging teams in a service-driven environment.
• Strong customer service, patient satisfaction, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30 hourly associates and 2 salaried leaders to achieve service excellence.
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with hospital leadership, departments, patients, visitors, and clients.
• Oversee daily dining services operations, ensuring patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality food and innovative menus.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and labor management.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Analyze metrics and implement action plans to reach performance goals.
• Lead rollout of new programs and best practices to enhance dining experiences.
• Serve as primary client liaison with hospital stakeholders.
