Compass Group USA - TouchPoint is seeking an Associate Director of Dining Services to lead the daily operations of Food & Nutrition Services in a hospital setting, focusing on patient dining for about 60 patients daily across meals. You will supervise approximately 50 associates and partner with hospital leadership to ensure quality and patient satisfaction.

You will oversee budgets, compliance, and food safety while supporting retail, catering, and non-patient dining services to achieve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in healthcare foodservice or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of patient dining, food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention.
• Experience with budgets, labor productivity, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clinical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Food & Nutrition Services with focus on patient dining.
• Oversee patient dining, retail and catering operations.
• Provide coaching and development for a team of ~50 associates.
• Support recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor productivity, food costs, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance patient dining.
• Support non-patient dining services as needed.
