TouchPoint, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead a 125-bed hospital dining operation. You will manage ~30 hourly staff and 2 salaried managers, ensuring exceptional patient, guest, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of foodservice management experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Nutrition, Business, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare, hospital, or related healthcare dining experience preferred.
• Proven success in leading, developing and engaging teams in a service-driven environment.
• Strong customer service, patient satisfaction, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational financial performance.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while driving quality, safety and service excellence.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for patients and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 30 hourly associates and 2 salaried leaders.
• Foster a culture of employee engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital leadership, patients, visitors, and clients.
• Oversee daily dining services operations ensuring patient satisfaction and service outcomes.
• Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality food and innovative menus.
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L accountability.
• Monitor quality, safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance standards.
• Analyze metrics and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
• Lead implementation of new programs and best practices to enhance dining experiences.
• Serve as primary client liaison with hospital stakeholders.
