You will partner with clinical teams to deliver excellent patient experiences while managing a frontline staff.

The role requires prior healthcare dining leadership, knowledge of therapeutic diets, and strong regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service management in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and healthcare food service standards.
• Ability to lead and develop frontline team members.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient rights regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee patient dining services operations to ensure high patient satisfaction and service excellence.
• Implement patient food service programs aligned with physician orders and dietary needs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop patient services staff.
• Ensure compliance with therapeutic diets while accommodating patient preferences.
• Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
