Job summary

Northwest Eye Surgeons is seeking a Patient Concierge Supervisor to lead patient concierge operations, including check-in/check-out and medical records, while coordinating surgery-related processes at satellite clinics. You will partner with clinic leadership to maintain high service standards and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years healthcare experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership skills: collaboration, motivation, negotiation, conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to confidentiality and patient-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in accordance with policies and laws.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and staff training.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily work activities.
