Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and confirm procedures.
• Assist with preparing patients for procedures and direct to changing/restroom.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care; resolve scheduling issues.
• Distribute paperwork and register patients for procedures.
• Collect co-pays; enter requisition orders as needed.
• Provide reports to MD offices on request; transfer imaging reports.
• Monitor patient robes supply; obtain prior imaging for comparison.
