Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking an Access Center Ambassador to be the primary contact for patients and callers, handling a high volume of inbound calls to schedule appointments and route inquiries. This role supports efficient communication across our physician enterprise to ensure first call resolution and a positive patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of call center or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Answer 80–100 inbound calls per day and respond to patient questions.
• Verify and update patient demographics, financial, clinical and portal access.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments based on provider schedules.
• Use Cerner EHR and other software to route calls and manage messages.
• Provide information and resolve issues related to appointments and billing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and effective interdepartmental communication.
• Meet daily productivity targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
