You will handle referrals, registrations, verify demographics, collect insurance information, and maintain accurate medical records while assisting with scheduling and basic orders.

Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of common office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community with respectful communication.
• Process admission paperwork and verify insurance information.
• Answer internal and external calls in a friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments and assist with bed placement coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.
