The role requires 1–3 years of clerical and customer service experience; familiarity with medical terminology and insurance plans is preferred, along with a High School diploma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification and financial clearance for patients.
• Ensure accurate patient data is entered into the patient record.
• Explain financial responsibilities and payment options to patients; document outcomes.
