Healthynaperville Llc in Naperville, IL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first contact for clients. You will greet guests, book appointments, answer calls, and collect payments. This part-time role offers a path to full-time as the clinic grows.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service focus, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic. Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus; Zenoti training will be provided to the right person.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Assist with office work flow such as cleaning rooms in between guests, stocking supplies and light house keeping
• Experience with Zenoti preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Assist with social media marketing and event planning as needed
