Serotonincenters in Naperville, IL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to welcome clients, book appointments, handle calls, and collect payments. Part-time with potential to grow into full-time as the clinic expands.

The ideal candidate shows excellent communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Zenoti experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Assist with office work flow such as cleaning rooms in between guests, stocking supplies and light house keeping
• Experience with Zenoti preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Assist with social media marketing and event planning as needed
