Qualifications

• Strong sales skills and ability to confidently communicate with prospective patients.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or patient coordination is preferred.
• No medical background required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, organized, and patient-focused.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and following up with potential patients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and able to switch between tasks as needs change.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective and existing patients.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media.
• Follow up with prospective patients to convert inquiries into consultations and procedures.
• Discuss cosmetic procedures, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
• Guide patients through the consultation and booking process with excellent service.
• Coordinate consultations, surgical appointments, and follow-ups.
• Assist with treatment plans, quotes, payment collection, and financing coordination.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedules.
• Coordinate with physician and clinical team for a smooth experience.
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative scheduling and communications.
• Support general office operations.
• Pivot between responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
