Divina Dermatology & Cosmetic Center in Beverly Hills is seeking a polished Patient Coordinator to join our boutique practice. You will manage front-office operations and ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact to follow-up.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, highly organized, and confident discussing cosmetic treatments and pricing with high-end clients; EMR familiarity and ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in dermatology or medical aesthetics is strongly preferred.
• Front-office and patient scheduling experience is a plus.
• Ability to discuss cosmetic treatments and pricing with patients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment.
