Puyana Plastic Surgery PLLC is seeking an Assistant Patient Coordinator to support our Patient Coordination team and deliver exceptional care to surgical patients. You will handle inquiries, schedule consultations, communicate by phone, text, and email, and assist with forms, financing, and follow-ups.

Ideal candidates are warm, organized, and tech-savvy with English and Spanish proficiency, and a passion for aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Support Patient Coordinators throughout the patient journey, from initial inquiry through surgery.
• Communicate with prospective and existing patients by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with leads and patients according to established workflows.
• Assist with preparing and sending surgical quotes and treatment information.
• Help coordinate consultations, appointments, and surgery scheduling.
• Assist patients with forms, financing applications, payments, and other required information.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient information in our EMR and CRM systems.
• Track outstanding patient items and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Assist coordinators with administrative tasks and daily priorities.
• Coordinate with the front desk, medical assistants, nursing team, and other staff as needed.
• Help ensure every patient receives a warm, responsive, and five-star experience.
