Job summary

Aesthetica LA is seeking a motivated Patient Experience & Surgical Sales Coordinator in Los Angeles. This role requires significant lead management, patient communication, surgical coordination, and insurance coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, patient coordination, healthcare sales, aesthetics, plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, med spa, concierge hospitality, or insurance coordination.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, appeals, or reconstructive insurance workflows is highly valued.
