Qualifications

• Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics preferred.
• Experience with patient scheduling and EMR systems.
• Ability to discuss procedures and pricing with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking patients in and out
• Answering incoming calls, texts, and patient inquiries
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Discussing cosmetic treatments, pricing, packages, and available services with patients
• Helping patients understand treatment options and preparing them for consultations
• Following up with cosmetic leads and prospective patients
• Providing pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• Collecting payments and assisting with checkout
• Maintaining an organized and polished front-office environment
• Coordinating closely with our physicians and clinical team
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the patient experience
