Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a front-line associate in Palm Beach, FL to greet patients, identify needs, and promote eyewear while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will support seamless collaboration between our retail and clinical services teams, schedule appointments, record patient information, and help with pre-tests and basic eye-care procedures. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy.
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster collaboration between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient information for pre-tests and exams.
• Assist management with issue resolution and keep patients informed of status.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with in-store repairs and lens edging as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of customer orders.
