Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a patient-focused Doctor’s Technician to ensure a smooth flow between clinical services and the retail store. You will greet patients, gather information, and facilitate sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will support pre-tests, lens edging, and repairs, collaborate with teams, and help maintain brand standards. This role emphasizes empathy, multitasking, and delivering a high-quality patient experience at our Omaha location.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification or currently enrolled in a related program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Strong communication, active listening and empathy skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote services.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history in the system.
• Assist with pre-tests and clinical demonstrations as needed.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in-store.
• Handle simple repairs and lens edging to expedite delivery.
• Track delivery times to ensure 100% compliance.
