Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma (or currently enrolled in a comparable program).
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy with patients.
• Proactive problem solving and adaptability in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable, promotional experience.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient history and pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lab workflows to expedite orders.
