Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a Patient Guest Services Assistant to welcome patients and visitors, provide directions, and offer concierge-style assistance within a Magnet Hospital setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and empathy, and at least two years of customer service experience, including face-to-face interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ customer service experience with at least one year of face-to-face interaction.
• Basic computer skills including Epic and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors and caregivers; provide directions and minimal transport.
• Access patient information to confirm appointment times and locations.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to meet patient needs and improve experiences.
