Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience with the public, in person and over the phone.
• Competent in computer applications and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact, greet and create a polished first impression for patients, visitors and employees.
• Screens all patients, visitors and staff entering the building as directed by Administration.
• Provide way finding assistance for patients, visitors, vendors or staff, in person or by phone.
• Assist with moving patients in wheelchairs to destinations within the hospital.
• Serve as an informational resource in person, by phone or email.
• Support department programs and participate in team activities.
