Responsibilities

• Greets patients, vendors and other visitors and directs them to the proper office or area.
• Operates a multiple-line telephone system and routes calls to the appropriate person or location.
• Answers telephones, routes callers, takes messages and provides routine information.
• Enters and retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications.
• Assists with office operations, special initiatives and projects as requested.
• Maintains appropriate records, reports and files as required.
