Responsibilities

• Enter and verify patient information for ED admissions/registrations.
• Collect insurance copayments and document consent and authorization.
• Answer phones and forward inquiries to the proper resource.
• Enter data in electronic systems such as EPIC and Promise.
• Maintain and update patient records to expedite registration.
