Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Verify benefits and determine pre-certification requirements for services.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage pre-registration tasks.
• Enter and maintain patient data in registration systems; ensure accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and post payments; balance cash drawer daily.
• Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA and policy.
