Responsibilities

• Lead front office PSRs, overseeing scheduling and patient check-in.
• Train and audit PSR staff and manage onboarding.
• Handle service recovery and escalate issues with clinic supervisor.
• Ensure QA/compliance with Wellstar requirements.
• Maintain daily huddles and performance metrics.
• Support clinic manager in planning and goal setting.
• Assist with RCA and schedule monitoring.
• Act as PSR when needed.
