Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Sammamish Primary Care in Sammamish, WA. This per diem role involves front desk and patient check-in responsibilities, coordination among staff and providers, and handling records through the Epic EMR system.

The position supports daily front-office operations, scheduling, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth patient experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Frontline customer contact experience in a medical/business setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer and front office services to patients.
