Job summary

Overlake Medical Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join the Redmond Urgent Care team. You will provide exceptional front office services and coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers during the check-in process.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience handling records via Epic. You will perform clerical, scheduling and records activities to support patients and staff, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under stress.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer and front office services to patients.
