Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients professionally and informs them of delays; ensures smooth patient flow.
• Obtains registration data, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verifies insurance and collects co-pays/deductibles per plan.
• Enters patient data accurately into the computer system.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines; safeguards funds.
• Balances daily charges and manages payments securely.
• Coordinates referrals and processes patient records with other entities.
