Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to support patient registration, insurance verification, and front‑office tasks under clinician supervision. You will deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming, patient‑focused environment.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, knowledge of insurance practices, cross‑training on back‑office duties, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CPR license required.
• 1 year of customer experience preferred (Level 1).
• 3 years’ experience in billing and coding (Level 2/3) with basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high customer service.
• Input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update insurance information at registration.
• Maintain knowledge of medical insurance plans, co-pays, deductibles.
• Coordinate medical records as needed and support back-office duties.
• Promote a respectful, confidential, and compliant clinic environment.
