Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Obtain registration data, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Enter patient data into the computer system accurately.
• Verify insurance and collect applicable co-pays and deductibles.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Balance daily charges and safeguard received money.
• Assist with scheduling referrals and maintaining lobby supplies.
• Support staff as needed in a positive, team-focused manner.
