You will be the first contact for patients and visitors, handling registrations, scheduling, and front desk tasks in a Medicare Advantage, value-based care setting.

The role emphasizes a Five-Star patient experience, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with a clinical team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare front desk preferred.
• Experience with patient registration, scheduling, or insurance verification preferred.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage front office operations.
• Process payments, verify insurance, and balance daily collections.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist care coordination and answer patient inquiries.
