Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients with courtesy and respect.
• Check patients in/out upon arrival and/or departure.
• Maintain patient data accuracy and confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Request and forward patient records as directed.
• Schedule patient appointments and verify details.
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays and balances.
• Scan data into the EMR and support clinical staff as needed.
• Answer calls and confirm scheduled appointments.
