Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician engagement.
• Conduct schedule prep, verify demographics, and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Greet and check patients in/out; manage phone queues and telehealth support.
• Assist with insurance eligibility and payment inquiries.
• Coordinate with clinicians for patient questions and schedules.
