Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Patient Greeter to warmly welcome patients and guide them through check-in and registration. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience and assisting with kiosk navigation.

Roles include cross-training as Medical Assistant to support clinical duties when needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and patient-focused personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Comfortable using technology including self-service kiosks.
• Experience in customer service helpful but not required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Willingness to complete Medical Assistant cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Direct patients through check-in and registration processes.
• Answer questions about self-service kiosk and registration.
• Guide patients on information needed for registration.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-clinic environment.
• Coordinate with clinical team to support patient flow.
