Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to support patient intake, check-in, payments, and daily operations at our Philadelphia clinics.

The role requires high standards of customer service and professionalism, with experience in healthcare or addiction medicine preferred. Weekend/evening flexibility and local travel between South and West Philadelphia clinics are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude and offer a 'white glove' experience.
• Guide new patients through intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
