Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Erie, PA seeks a Front Office Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and support daily operations in a compassionate, professional environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior customer service experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and ideally experience in addiction medicine or office administration. Some weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
• Provide a friendly, professional attitude and a “white glove” experience.
• Guide new patients through intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintains daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provides clerical and logistical support.
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
