Crossroads Treatment Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Patient Ambassador to provide top‑notch customer service, assist with the patient intake process, and support daily clinic operations. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, accurate, and efficient experience for patients navigating intake and payments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience in customer service, healthcare, or office administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service when checking in patients and handling payments.
• Assist in daily operations with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Guide new patients through the intake process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to support intakes and appointments.
• Provide clerical and logistical support to the clinic.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
