Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking aPatient Ambassador to deliver excellent customer service during patient check-in, payments, and daily operations. You will guide new patients through intake with a friendly, professional attitude and assist in coordinating with clinicians.

The role involves collecting samples as needed, maintaining financial records, and supporting patient accounts across Belvidere and Stanhope locations. Prior healthcare or addiction medicine experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and receive payments, assisting in daily operations.
• Guide new patients through intake and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed and maintain records.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes and provide clerical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and daily financial records and reports.
